Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our closing team and assist in all phases of the real estate title and settlement process. You will perform title research, coordinate closings, file documents, and review documents. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review real estate documents, including Closing Disclosure and Title Commitments
- Ensure that documents are well organized and available for review
- Coordinate Closings with relevant parties on real estate transactions
- Provide general administrative support
- Communicate with clients
- Maintain and update documentation
- Assist with closing requests
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, Title Insurance Processor or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with title and settlement procedures, terminology, and closing process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with document management experience
- Excellent research skills
- Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
